Your main agency phone number is recommended. If the number in CareCompanion360 is called, it will forward to a number of your choice.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. We will review the use cases for this number during your onboarding call. This number does not replace any existing numbers for your agency.

  2. Local numbers will require A2P registration before it can be used for CC360's texting capabilities (chatbot, missed call text-back, and other text-based automations).

  3. Please reach out to your HCDM consultant if you have additional questions.
